Lean Black Belt for Healthcare

This course is designed to prepare the black belt or “master practitioner” for implementing lean across the enterprise. It will lay the groundwork for building a lean enterprise transformation by portraying the entire spectrum of a lean transformation from traditional processes to a lean product delivery system. This eight-day program is divided into two separate four-day programs. Participants are required to submit a project for evaluation after completing the training program. Participants who successfully complete a project and pass the Black Belt examination will receive IISE’s Lean Black Belt.
